Follow-up work

Install both CONVERTIBLE TOP BRACE LOCKS
Install the SEAL on the convertible top brace
Install the TRIM STRIP on the convertible top
Install LOADING AID

Insert the convertible top fabric (1) into the convertible top brace (2).

Tighten the screw (1) the left and right.

Parts: screw

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Convertible top brace to convertible top brace support

Replace screw.

Joining torque

9.5 Nm

Angle of rotation 90°

Insert the protective cap (1) on the left and right.
NOTE: If damaged, install the new cover cap with part number 07 14 7 127 540.

Clip in the connector (2) into the convertible top brace bearing (3).
Connect connector (1).

NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
Secure the headlining (2) using new rivets (1).

Feed the wiring harness (3) into the loops of the luggage strap (2).
Connect connector (1).
