Follow-up work
- Install the TRIM PANEL for the rear case
- Install both INTERIOR TRIM PANELS of the guide rails
- For replacement: Remount both front GASKETS
- Install both TRIM PANELS for guide rails
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the front strut (2) and install the new roof cassette.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Front strut to frame 8 Nm Remove the drive unit of the folding sunroof
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove the drive unit (3) in a downwards direction.
Install the drive unit of the folding sunroof
- Precisely insert the gear (1) of the drive unit of the folding sunroof (2) into the gearing (3).
- Install the drive unit (3).
- Tighten down screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Drive unit on convertible top 3 Nm - Connect plug connection (1) and lock.
