61 31 021 Remove and install/replace ring aerial

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove LOWER SECTION OF STEERING COLUMN SHROUD

Removal:

If required, unlock and disconnect connector.

Unlock latch mechanism and pull ring aerial (1) upwards out of steering column shroud (2).

Installation:

Join ring aerial (1) in steering column shroud (2).

If required, connect connector.

NOTE: Make sure ring aerial (1) is correctly locked in steering column shroud (2).
