Removing and installing/replacing coolant feed line for exhaust turbocharger (B48 and B46 engine) (Cooper S and John Cooper Works)

Preliminary work needed:
- Drain COOLANT .
- Remove CATALYTIC CONVERTER .
Removal:
IMPORTANT:
Residual coolant can emerge.
Remove screw (1).
Detach coolant line (2) from engine block.
Remove screw (1).
Turn coolant line (2) in arrow direction and detach of exhaust turbocharger.
Installation:
Parts: Replace O-rings (1).
Connect coolant line (2) to exhaust turbocharger and turn coolant line in arrow direction.
Insert screw (1) and tighten.
Tightening torque 11 53 1AZ .
Connect coolant line (2) to engine block.
Tighten screw (1).
Tightening torque 11 53 2AZ .
Required follow-up work:
- Install CATALYTIC CONVERTER .
- Add COOLANT .
