41 11 072 Replacing engine support with front right wheel arch in front of bulkhead

Observe special procedure for vehicle identification number (order body new part with vehicle identification number if required).

Refer to procedure in repair instructions ENGINE SUPPORT IN FRONT OF BULKHEAD WITH LEFT WHEEL ARCH and transfer schematically to the vehicle.

Preparation of new part:

Prepare new parts in areas (1) up to (3) for joints through welding.

NOTE: All 3 panels must be welded to each other in areas (3).

Increase size of holes in areas (3) (open WELDED CONNECTIONS ) top Ø 10 mm. Transfer holes to new engine support internal part and drill.

Installation:

Install new parts and reinforcement plate to fit with alignment bracket or universal fixture.

Weld new parts in areas (1) to (3).
