REP-TAT-P-5218-01 Removing the head restraint

Preliminary work

Remove TRIM for backrest release

Remove the REAR PANEL from the front seat backrest

Remove the TRIM at the bottom of the aperture

Loosen screw (1).

Unclip impact plate (1) in the marked areas (2) using the special tool 2 298 505 .
Feed out the impact plate (1) from the support (3) and remove.

Push the lock (1) and pull out and remove the head restraint (2) in the arrow direction.
