32 00 Wheel Alignment - Standard suspension

WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATION

Observe applicable TEST CONDITIONS    
Front axle:    
Total toe-in   0° 12' ±12'
Adjustment(1) total toe-in   0° 12' ±4'
Track difference(2) single wheel between left/right   max. 12'
Camber (difference between left/right max. 30')   - 30' ± 30'
Adjustment(1) camber   - 30' ± 25'
Toe difference angle   (difference between left/right max. 30')
with center gear at 20° steering angle   -1° 19' ±30'
After-run   (difference between left/right max. 30')
Front wheel offset   0° 15'
Maximum steering angle    
Center gear ca. ° 37° 00'
Outer cornering wheel ca. ° 31° 06'
Rear axle:    
Total toe-in   0° 18' ± 12'
Adjustment(1) total toe-in   0° 18' ± 4'
Camber:
Camber (difference between left/right max. 30')
  -1° 45' ± 25'
Adjustment(1) camber   -1° 45' ± 5'
Geometrical driving axis   0° ± 12'
NOTE:
(1) To minimize adjusting errors (measuring inaccuracies), use a narrower tolerance for the track/camber setting.
(2) Toe difference angle front axle = criterion for steering wheel inclination
