Removing And Installing Rear Left Or Right Door (Cooper Clubman F54)

IMPORTANT: Do not damage adjoining body parts.

The graphics are schematic representations and are to be applied to the relevant vehicle type.

Open door.

Removal:

Pull the lock (1) up and disconnect plug connection.

NOTE: Secure door against closing.

Release screw (2) on door stop.

Open door up to stop.

Release screws between both hinge elements at top and bottom.

Unhinge door by shifting upwards and placing it on a suitable surface.

Installation:

Attach door and tighten down screws.

Tightening torque 41 52 1AZ .

Open door up to stop and secure it against falling shut.

Connect the connector (1).

Join door stop and tighten down with screw (2).

Tightening torque 51 21 4AZ .

Installation note:

If necessary, adjust DOOR .
