Replace The Left Headlight Stand (Cooper Clubman F54)
Read contents of BODY, GENERAL .
For stripping and rigging operations, refer to texts on KSD CD (FRU number 41 33 720).
Preliminary work needed:
- Remove TRIM ON LEFT WHEEL ARCH .
- Remove LEFT HEADLIGHT .
Removal:
Detach wiring harness at attachment points (1).
Release screws (2) to (4) and remove headlight stand (5).
Installation:
Install headlight stand (5) and tighten screws (2) to (4).
Screws (4): Tightening torque 41 33 3AZ .
Screw (2): Tightening torque 41 35 1AZ .
Screw (3): Tightening torque 51 11 1AZ .
Secure wiring harness in areas (1).
Required reworking:
- Install TRIM ON LEFT WHEEL ARCH .
- Install LEFT HEADLIGHT .
