Replacing Engine Mount/Front Left Side Frame Connection (Front Left Wheel Arch Removed) (Cooper Clubman F54)

Spot-weld bonding is used on this vehicle. Observe specific PROCEDURE .

For stripping and rigging operations, refer to texts on KSD CD (job number 41 14 531).

Following new body parts are required (see applicable BMW Parts Catalog):

1. Connection, wheel arch/entrance

Removal: 

Open welded connections in area (1).

Open welded connections in areas (1) and remove connection between the engine mount and side frame.

Preparation Of New Part: 

Fit in new part.

Installation: 

Install new part and weld in area (1).
