Replacing Left Luggage Compartment Floor (Tail Panel Has Been Removed) (Cooper Clubman F54)

Observe procedure of REPAIR STAGE 2 !

For stripping and rebuilding operations, refer to surrounding texts on KSD (FRU number 41 12 655).

Following new body parts are required (see applicable BMW Parts Catalog):

1. Luggage compartment floor, left section
2. Wheel well extension, rear left

Removal: 

Open welded connections in area (1).

Preparation of new part: 

Adjust new parts in combination with tail panel and prepare for joining through welding.

Installation: 

Install the new parts and weld them in area (1).
