Removing and installing/replacing rear panel on rear center seat backrest

Version with lashing point: 

Remove screw (1).

Tightening torque 52 26 6AZ .

Remove lashing point (2) from backrest.

Unclip trim for lock with a plastic wedge.

Shift trim cover for locking mechanism a little towards the middle.

Detach trim cover for lock by pulling towards rear.

Installation note: 

Retaining lugs on the trim cover for the lock must not be damaged.

Replace defective trim cover for lock.

Lever out welt (1).

Detach rear panel (2).

Installation note: 

Insert the rear panel in the backrest frame first.

Insert welt of backrest cover in frame.
