Replacing rubber seal for rear left or right door window

Preliminary work needed:

Remove outer window CHANNEL STRIP .
Remove inner window cavity COVER STRIP

IMPORTANT: The INSTRUCTIONS on installation of rubber window seals serve as the basis for these repair instructions and must be observed without fail.

Removal:

Detach rubber window seal (1) from door frame.

Installation:

Mount rubber window seal (1) on door window frame.

Required follow-up work:

Install outer window CHANNEL STRIP .
Install inner window CHANNEL STRIP .
