Removing and installing/replacing tailgate lock for left split door

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove TRIM PANEL  for left split door.

Removal: 

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Undo screws (2) and guide out tailgate lock (3).

Installation: 

Guide in tailgate lock (3) and tighten screws (2).

Tightening torque 51 24 5AZ .

Connect plug connection (1).

Required follow-up work: 

• Install TRIM PANEL  for left split door.
