Removing and installing/replacing PMA control unit (Cooper)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove right trunk WHEEL ARCH PANEL .

Removal: 

Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).

Pull PMA control unit (2) out of holder (3) in an upward direction.

Replacement: 

Carry out PROGRAMMING/CODING .

Installation: 

Insert PMA control unit (2) correctly into holder (3) in a downward direction.

Attach and lock connector (1).

• Install right trunk WHEEL ARCH PANEL .
