Removing and installing/replacing carbon canister (US version with Natural Vacuum Leak Detection) (Cooper)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove UNDERBODY PLANKING at rear left.

Removal: 

Unlock and detach quick-connect couplings (1).

Release plastic nuts (2) and remove carbon canister (3).

Installation: 

Fit carbon canister (3) and position and tighten plastic nuts (2).

Position snap fasteners (1) and lock.

Required follow-up work: 

• Fit UNDERBODY PLANKING at rear left.
