Replacing the rocker switch for rear power electric windows

Special tools required:

00 9 327

IMPORTANT: Carry out the following operation carefully so as to avoid damaging the door trim panel and switch.
If necessary, tape off the working area.

Removal:

Press cover (1) in marked area toward the bottom.

Remove cover (1).

Remove screw (1).

Lift rocker switch for power window (1) with special tool 00 9 327 in arrow direction from the armrest.

Unlock associated plug connection and disconnect.

Replacement:

Release all detents on trim (1) at both sides.

Pull rocker switch for power electric windows (2) out of trim (1).

Installation:

NOTE: Clamps must not be missing or damaged.

Connect rocker switch for power electric windows (1) to associated connector.

Clip rocker switch for power electric windows (1) into armrest in arrow direction.

Tighten screw (1).
