35 11 000 Removing and installing complete bearing bracket for foot pedal (manual transmission) (Countryman base FWD, Countryman S FWD, Countryman base ALL4 AWD, Countryman S ALL4 AWD, Countryman JCW ALL4 AWD)

Preliminary work needed: 

• READ AND COMPLY WITH GENERAL INFORMATION .
• Remove BRAKE BOOSTER .

Disconnect plug connection (1) on clutch master cylinder.

Disconnect line connection (2).

Disconnect plug connection (1) on brake light switch.

Undo nut (2) and remove bearing bracket (3).

Installation: 

Install bearing bracket (3).

Fit nut (2) and tighten.

Replace self-locking nuts.

Parts:  Nut

Tightening torque 35 11 1AZ .

Connect plug connection (1) on brake light switch.

Connect line connection (2).

Connect plug connection (1) on clutch master cylinder.

Required follow-up work: 

• Installing the BRAKE BOOSTER .
• Venting the clutch and brake hydraulics.
