Removing and installing/replacing trim panel for storage shelf (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed:

Opening tailgate
Open LOADING AID

Removal:

Release screws (1) on left and right.

Remove trim panel for storage shelf (2).

Installation:

IMPORTANT: Tappet on the trim panel for storage shelf (1) must be pressed at the time of closing on the microswitch (2) (convertible top operation without function).

Install trim panel for storage shelf (2).

Tighten the screws (1) on the left and right.

Tightening torque 51 47 3AZ .
