New release tools and insertion aids for electrical contacts All

Situation:  With the increase of electronic components (sensors, actors, control units, etc.), new types of housing and contacts are also used in the vehicles. To release the new contacts properly and then engage them correctly in the housing, new special tools are required.

The new special tool is stored in the special tool case 61 0 300 (since 09/2005) or in special tool case 61 1 150 (old version until 09/2005).

Procedure:  Release tools are part of the minimum requirement of special tools and are sent to every authorized dealer with a tools agreement.
