51 32 420 Remove and install/replace window frame trim of the front left or front right door (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

The INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLATION OF RUBBER WINDOW SEALS  serve as the basis for these repair instructions and must be observed without fail.

Preliminary work needed: 

• Open side window
• Remove OUTER WINDOW SHAFT COVER STRIP .

Removal: 

Pull rubber window seal (1) out of rear window guide.

Unscrew the screws (1).

Feed out cover (2) in upward direction.

Installation: 

Feed in cover (2).

Tighten down screws (1).

Coat rubber window seal (1) with lubricant and insert into rear window guide.

Required follow-up work: 

• Attach OUTER WINDOW SHAFT COVER STRIP .
