61 31 362 Removing and installing (replacing) receiver for radio remote control (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)
IMPORTANT:
Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD PROTECTION ).
Preliminary work needed:
- Remove right LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM PANEL .
Removal:
Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).
Release the expanding rivet (2) and remove the receiver (3).
Installation:
NOTE:
Position the receiver (1) so that the positioning pin (2) is aligned with the associated bore.
Install the receiver (3) and secure it with the expanding rivet (2).
Connect the connector (1).
Required follow-up work:
- Install LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM PANEL on right
