41 11 311 REPLACING ENTRANCE FOR DOOR FRONT LEFT REP-REP-RAF6041-4111311 - V.2 (Countryman 2017-2023, except PHEV)

Use only an approved SPOT WELDER for repairs!

The following new parts are required (see Electronic Parts Catalog):

Removal

Mark and perform the separating cuts according to the dimensions and as shown.

IMPORTANT: Cut through outer panel only for the following separating cuts.

Dimension a = approx. 75 mm after 20 mm dia. hole.

Open the welded connections in the areas (1) and remove the entrance section.

New part preparation

Mark and make the separating cuts on the new part in accordance with the separating cuts on the vehicle.

Prepare REINFORCEMENT PLATES at severance cuts.

Install new part and reinforcement plate and weld in area (1).
