Install clean air pipe

• Replace sealing ring (1).

• Insert and position clean air pipe.
• Connect and lock the connector (4).

  The connector (4) must engage audibly.

• Connect engine ventilation line (1) on clean air pipe and lock.
• Connect engine ventilation line (2) to the cylinder head cover and lock.

  The engine ventilation lines (1) and (2) must snap-in audibly.

• Feed in clean air pipe (2) on the intake filter housing (3) and install.
• Tighten clamp (1).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Clean air pipe to intake silencer housing
  Screw clamp	Tightening torque	3Nm

• Tighten down screw (1).

  Clean air pipe to cylinder head cover
  Oval-head screw	Tightening torque	8Nm
