13 62 591 Replacing the charging pressure sensor (on the intake system)

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Removal:

Unlock connector (1) and pull off.

Unclip charging pressure sensor (2) and remove.

Preparation for installation:

Check sealing ring of charging pressure sensor and replace in case of damage.

Prior to installation, apply a thin coat of anti-friction agent to sealing ring of charge-air pressure sensor.

Installation:

Install charging pressure sensor (2).

Attach connector (1).

Connector (1) must engage audibly.
