REP-TAT-P-5462-01 Remove roll-over protection system

Prerequisite

Convertible top is completely open.

WARNING: Preload on the rollover protection system.
Danger! Immobilization period-threatening injuries!

Make sure that no persons or objects are present in the immediate vicinity of the rollover protection system when it is activated.
Activate the rollover protection system only when the convertible top is open.

Lever out the trim panel (1) and place to one side.

Lever out seal plug (1).

Insert the screwdriver (1) 15 cm into the side bore.
Press the screwdriver (1) in the direction of the arrow to release detent (2) for the rollover protection system.

The rollover protection system will be activated.
