Removing and installing (replacing) lower left instrument panel trim (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove left SIDE PANEL  on dashboard.

Removal  :

Unclip and remove the trim panel for the bottom dashboard (1) from the retaining clips (2).

Unlock associated plug connections and disconnect.

Remove instrument panel trim at bottom (1).

Replacement: 

Remount LIGHT OPERATING FACILITY .

Installation: 

Connect plug connections.

Engage trim panel (1) in retaining clips (2).

Required reworking  :

• Install left SIDE PANEL  on dashboard.
