63 99 072 Replace halogen bulb for left headlight (Cooper Convertible)

WARNING: Follow instructions for handling LIGHT BULBS (EXTERIOR LIGHTING) .

Removal:

Release protective cap (1) by counterclockwise turn and remove from headlight (2).

Disconnect connector (1).

Unlock wire spring (2) and swivel downwards.

Pull halogen bulb for headlight (3) out of headlight.

Installation:

Join halogen bulb for headlight (3) in headlight.

Switch wire spring (2) upwards and lock.

Connect the connector (1).

NOTE: Make sure halogen bulb for headlight (3) is correctly fitted.

Make sure the wire spring (2) is correctly locked.

NOTE: Check seal.

Comply with instructions for REPLACING THE PROTECTIVE CAP , replace protective cap (1) if required.

Protective cap (1) must be correctly engaged.

Join protective cap (1) in headlight (2), and turn clockwise up to stop.

Recommendation:

Check HEADLIGHTS ADJUSTMENT , correct if necessary.
