REP-TAT-P-5434-25 Remount the tension cables

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Detach the holder (1) from the convertible top fabric (2).
Pull the plastic hose (3) off.
Detach the spring (4) from the tension cable (5).
Pull out tension cable (5) from the convertible top fabric.
Guide the tension cable (5) into the new convertible top fabric beginning from the center.
The plastic sheathing must also be fed through the convertible top fabric.

Attach the spring (4) to the tension cable (5).
Slide the plastic hose (3) over the spring (4).
Attach the holder (1) in the convertible top fabric (2).
