The heating mat is glued to the foam pad and cannot be dismantled nondestructively.
When replacing the heating mat, a new one must always be installed with a new foam pad.

Position and align the heating mat (1) on the upholstery (2).
Bond the heating mat (1) with the upholstery (2).
