Removing and installing/replacing striker on engine compartment lid (Cooper Convertible)

Removal: 

Loosen the locks (1) and remove the cover (2).

Unscrew striker (3).

Installation: 

Screw in striker (3).

Mount cover (2).

Make sure the locks (1) engage.

Required reworking: 

• Adjust ENGINE COMPARTMENT LID .
