62 30 010 Removing and installing head-up display

Attention !

Risk of damage!

Do not hold the Head Up Display by the heat sink.

If possible, do not touch the sound insulation on the Head Up Display.

Do not touch the glass pane of the Head- Up Display if possible.

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Removal:

Loosen screws.

Carefully feed Head-Up Display (1) out of support (2) towards top.

Unlock connector (1) on underside of head-up display (2) and disconnect.

Remove head-up display (2).

Installation:

Connect connector (1) on underside of head-up display (2).

NOTE: Make sure installation position of Head- Up Display (1) relative to support (2) is correct.

Join Head-Up Display (1) with support (2).

Tighten the screws.

Tightening torque 62 30 1AZ .
