63 31 020 Removing and installing/renewing footwell light

Special tools required:

Attention !

Follow SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS for handling light bulbs (interior lighting).

Removal:

Footwell, left:

Lever out the footwell light (1) in the highlighted position using special tool 64 1 020 .

Disconnect associated connector and remove footwell light (1).

Footwell, right:

Lever out the footwell light (1) in the highlighted position using special tool 64 1 020 .

Disconnect associated connector and remove footwell light (1).

Bottom of door:

Lever out the footwell light (1) in the highlighted position using special tool 64 1 020 .

Disconnect associated connector and remove footwell light (1).

Replacement:

Installation:

Footwell, left:

Connect associated connector and join footwell light (1).

NOTE: Make sure footwell light (1) is correctly fitted.

Footwell, right:

Connect associated connector and join footwell light (1).

NOTE: Make sure footwell light (1) is correctly fitted.

Bottom of door:

Connect associated connector and join footwell light (1).

NOTE: Make sure footwell light (1) is correctly fitted.
