67 61 515 Replacing electric motor with gearbox for operating slide/tilt sunroof
Attention !
Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD PROTECTION) .
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove the ROOF OPERATING FACILITY
Removal:
Release screws (1).
Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.
Remove the drive (3).
Replacement:
Carry out PROGRAMMING/ENCODING .
INITIALIZE slide/tilt sunroof.
Installation:
Connect plug connection (2) and lock.
Correctly position drive (3).
Tighten down screws (1).
Required reworking:
- Install ROOF OPERATING UNIT
