Replacing one front pulse sensor (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed: 

Removal: 

Release screw (1) and remove pulse sensor (2).

Remove cable from holder on spring strut.

Disengage cable from holders (1).

Disconnect plug connection (2).

Installation: 

Clean hole for pulse sensor and grease with Staburags NBU 12/K lubricating grease.

IMPORTANT: Check sensor head prior to installation for damage, replacing if necessary.

Attach brake pad wear sensor in holders (1).

Connect plug connection (2).

Install pulse sensor (2).

Insert screw (1) and tighten.

Tightening torque 34 51 4AZ .

Install cable in holder on spring strut.
