63 11 820 Replacing left cornering light LED module (Cooper Convertible)

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with NOTES on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD protection).

Preliminary work needed:

Removal:

Loosen screws.

Pull LED module (1) out of headlight (2).

Unlock and disconnect connector.

Remove LED module (1) from headlight (2).

Installation:

Connect connector to LED module (1).

NOTE: Ensure correct line routing in headlight (2).

Gasket (3) for LED module (1) must not be damaged and must be installed free from grease.

Insert LED module (1) in headlight (2).

Tighten the screws.

Tightening torque 63 12 4AZ .
