51 16... Removing and installing the lid on the rear center console cover

Special tools required:

When working on trim panel components, make sure that visible surfaces are not scratched or damaged (e.g. by sharp-edged tools).

Lever out the lid (1) from the cover of the rear center console (2) with special tool 64 1 020 .

For versions with a 12 V power socket:

Lever out the lid (1) from the cover of the rear center console (2) with special tool 64 1 020 .

Installation note:

Retaining tabs (2) of service cap (1) must not be missing or damaged.
