34 52 535 Replacing a rear pulse sensor

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release cable from retaining clip on rear axle support (1).

Disengage cable from holder (1) at shock absorber.

Release screw (2) and remove pulse sensor (3).

Installation: 

Tightening torque 34 51 4AZ .

Clean bore hole for pulse sensor and grease with Staburags NBU 12/K lubricating grease (refer to MINI OPERATING FLUIDS ).

Unclip cable from retainers (1).

Disconnect plug connection (2).

Installation: 

Make sure plug connection engages correctly.
