61 67 102 Removing and installing/renewing right high-pressure nozzle of headlight cleaning system

Disengage the expanding rivet (1) and slide the bulkhead (2) back a little.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 63 12 3AZ .

Remove high-pressure nozzle (2) in direction of arrow.

Unlock and disconnect hose connection (3).

Installation note:

Make sure the guide (4) is correctly seated in the tab (5).

Replacement:

Disengage the holder for the chrome trim (1) on the latch mechanism (2).

Remove the holder for the chrome trim (1) in direction of arrow of the high-pressure nozzle (3).
