51 11... Installing/replacing number plate (without number plate baseplate)

Installation note:

A number plate template must be used to ensure the simple and secure installation of the front number plate.

Different versions for each national-market and model version are displayed on the template.

If necessary cut out template according to the national-market version (1).

Place template on number plate and center.

Select, mark and drill/punch drilled holes (2) according to the national-market and model version.

If necessary deburr bore holes on the number plate.

Hold number plate template against the bumper panel and center using the position holes (1).

Select mounting holes (2) on the template according to the national-market and model version and mark on the bumper panel.

IMPORTANT: Do not pre-drill!

Mount number plate with number plate screws (part number: 07143448498) on the bumper panel.
