52 13... Removing and installing/replacing guide for left or right front seat head restraint

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove HEAD RESTRAINT 

Carefully press down backrest cover on left and right and expose detent lugs.

Press in detent lugs and lift out guide.
