51 47 000 Removing and installing/replacing front left or right door sill cover strip

IMPORTANT: Seat shown removed for purposes of clarity.
Place a cloth over the seat cover before feeding out the door sill cover strip (risk of damage/scratching).

Release edge protection (1).

Unclip door sill cover strip (2) at marked points.

Feed door sill cover strip (2) out of side trim panel (3) in direction of arrow.

Installation note:

Guide and clamp (1) must not be damaged.

If necessary, replace faulty clips (2).
