67 11 555 Removing and installing/replacing actuator drive for fuel filler flap

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Open flap (1) of left luggage compartment wheel arch panel (2) in direction of arrow.

Slacken screws (1) and unlock and disconnect corresponding plug connection.

Slightly move the actuator drive (2) up and feed out through the rear light opening.

Installation note:

Feed into the rear side wall through the rear light opening.

Insert the actuator drive (1) with locking pin (2) in gaiter (3).

Replacement:

Feed emergency operation (1) of locking pin actuator drive (2) out.
