51 46 050 Removing and installing/replacing top cover on rear apron

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR TRIM PANEL 

Release expanding rivets (1).

Release cover from clips (2) in upward direction and feed out.

Installation note: 

If necessary, replace faulty expanding rivets (1) and clips (2).

Ensure that seal for rear lid is correctly seated.
