51 47... Removing and installing/replacing luggage compartment through-loading facility cover

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove rear window STORAGE SHELF  at front
• Remove FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR TRIM PANEL 
• Remove UPPER PARTITION TRIM PANEL 
• Remove LOWER PARTITION TRIM PANEL 

Release trim ring (1) from clamps (2) in the areas marked and remove.

Installation note: 

If necessary, replace faulty clamps (2).

Release screws (1).

Release through-loading facility cover (2) from clips (3).

Pull out through-loading facility cover (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation note: 

Guides (1) and clips (2) on through-loading facility cover (3) must not be damaged or missing.

Replacement: 

Modify THROUGH-LOADING FACILITY FLAP .
