51 49 000 Removing and installing or replacing trim for rear lid

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove TRIM PANEL FOR REAR STORAGE SHELF 
• Remove SIDE TAILGATE TRIM PANEL  inside left and right
• Partially loosen the top of the COVER FOR THE REAR WINDOW FRAME 

Release screws (1) on trim panel (2).

Release trim panel (2) at marked positions from clips (3) and remove.

Installation note: 

If necessary, replace faulty clips (3).

Guide pins (2) on trim panel (1) must not be damaged.
