51 37 240 Removing and installing or replacing outer window cavity cover strip for door window, rear left or right

Special tools required:

Open door window.

R57:

Partially open soft top.

Attach adhesive tape (1) below window cavity cover strip (2) (paintwork damage).

Using special tool 00 9 311 (beginning at front and proceeding to rear), lever out window cavity cover strip (2).

Installation:

Window cavity cover strip (1) must not be wavy, replace if necessary.
