51 46 050 Removing and installing/replacing top trim on tail panel

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Lift out expansion rivets.

Unclip trim (1) in marked area.

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty clips.

Pre-install clips in trim.

Feed out trim over lashing eyes on left and right.

If necessary, disconnect plug connection at 12V socket (1).

Pop cable grommet (2) out of trim.

Installation:

Make sure cable grommet (2) is correctly seated in trim.

Remove trim upwards.
