51 12 090 Removing And Installing/Replacing Ornamental Grille In Bumper Trim (Cooper S/SD)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove rear bumper panel (see REAR BUMPER PANEL (UNTIL 08/2010)  -or- REAR BUMPER PANEL (FROM 08/2010) )

Release latch mechanisms (1) and remove ornamental grille (2).

Installation note: 

Latch mechanisms (1) must not be damaged.

Replacement: 

• Remove REAR FOG LIGHTS (3)

Version after 08/2010: 

• Remove FRAME FOR REAR FOG LIGHTS
