41 31 001 Stripping Operations - Replacing Roof Outer Skin (Version With Slide/Tilt Sunroof)

NOTE: Owing to the different engine variants and equipment specifications, not all the components are taken into consideration.

The following list basically represents the removal sequence.

Remove and install roofliner
Remove panorama glass roof
Remove rear lid
Remove and install windscreen
Remove trim on roof pillar on left and right
Remove roof trim strip on left and right
Remove side window on left and right
Remove roof aerial
Release rear lid seal
Important: Carefully release wiring harness bonds on roof outer skin with hot-air blower.
